Oil Only Pom Poms

Water repellent Pom Poms are the most effective way of recovering heavy viscous based hydrocarbons such as crude oil. Manufactured from thin strands of polypropylene fibre forming a large surface area, they easily attract and hold oil even in the most adverse conditions. Pom Poms can recover 20 – 60 times their own weight depending on the viscosity of the oil. They can be individually deployed onto the contaminated surface or strung together on a rope to form a type of boom.
